Garden Suite Welcome Guide
Garden Suite at Down Yonder Villa
St. John, USVI
We’re so happy to have you staying in the Garden Suite, our private lower-level unit located beneath Down Yonder Villa. This suite is rented exclusively in conjunction with the main villa and offers a quiet, tucked-away retreat with its own private entrance.
Below you’ll find everything you need for arrival and your stay.

Arrival & Parking
Please use the lower driveway, which is designated specifically for Garden Suite guests.
At the end of the driveway, you’ll see a stone wall with a gate.
Enter the gate code: (emailed to you)
Once inside the gate, you’ll see a sliding door area and access to the stairs leading down to the suite.

Washer & Dryer
Inside the gated area near the sliding door, you’ll find the washing machine and dryer.
They are coin-operated machines; however, no money is required. The coin slots are already set to “blank.”
To use:
• Add detergent
• Push the coin slot in and pull it out
• Press start
The machines will run without payment.

How to Access the Garden Suite
Step 1: Locate the Lockbox
Walk to the screened-in deck area.
At the sliding glass door, look to the side, you’ll see a lockbox mounted there.
Step 2: Open the Lockbox
Enter code: (emailed to you)
Open the lockbox and retrieve your key.
Step 3: Unlock the Sliding Glass Door
This door unlocks a little differently than a standard door.
Stand facing the sliding glass door.
Look at the center of the door and then look up.
You will see a latch mechanism.
Insert the key into the latch.
Turn the key.
Pull the latch down.
Once lowered, the sliding glass door will unlock and open.

The Garden Suite is designed as a peaceful extension of Down Yonder Villa.
